Delivery Policy

At That Season, we want your order to reach you safely and promptly.

We deliver orders throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy and aim to hand them your order within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our control.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We offer free nationwide shipping within South Africa, unless and express delivery option is chosen.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be stated clearly upon checkout.

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow its progress.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order.

If you need to correct your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@that-season.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Although we work to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking the shipment.

Additional charges may apply if a delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, subject to applicable law and the courier's terms.
