All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information and discontinue products where necessary.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and validity periods and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Orders are delivered within South Africa using The Courier Guy. We aim to hand your order to The Courier Guy within 24 hours of the order being placed. Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch, subject to the delivery destination and circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our published policies and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
